mr. perwin is known in the legal industry as un upstanding individual with great moral and ethical dignity. very intelligent and well aware of the legal system. i will always hold mr. perwin in the greatest repect and admiration for all he has done to help me overcome sensitive legal issues, he was most of all understanding and caring. one of the good guys in the legal industry.
