    Description:
    Client was charged with possession of cocaine. Police officers entered client's home without a warrant citing exigent circumstances. I presented and argued a Motion to Suppress illegal evidence to the trial court and was denied relief. After presenting a Brief to the Court of Appeals, the Court ruled that there was no probable cause and that the Trial Judge abused her discretion. The Trial Court was overturned and the case was dismissed.
