Ruth Lavada Vernier

I cannot say enough good things about Vernier & Associates and the people who helped me through one of the most difficult periods of my life. Mrs. Ruth Vernier worked incredibly hard for me and genuinely cared about what was happening with my family and my children. What stood out to me most was t...hat I never felt like I was simply another case or another client. Ruth has a way about her that reminded me of having a grandmother in your corner — someone with years of wisdom and experience who is going to tell you what you need to hear, fight for you when it matters, and genuinely look out for you and your family. We did not get the result in court that we originally hoped for, and I think it is important to say that because a good attorney should not be judged simply by whether a judge rules your way. Ruth prepared, fought hard, and did everything she could for me. In the end, things ultimately worked out with my children in a way that I had hoped for, and I am incredibly grateful that Ruth was there helping me navigate the road that got us here. I also want to recognize Ms. Shannon. Although she works at the front of the office, calling her “just the receptionist” would not do justice to what she brings to this firm. She has always been kind, patient, pleasant, and willing to help. If Ruth felt like having a grandmother looking out for me, Shannon was like having that wonderful aunt who is always there to help keep things together, answer a question, or simply make a difficult situation a little easier. Family law is emotional, exhausting, and at times incredibly frustrating. Having people around you who actually care makes a tremendous difference. I will always be grateful to Ruth, Shannon, and the entire team at Vernier & Associates for the time, effort, patience, and genuine concern they showed me and my family. I would recommend them without hesitation, and if I ever needed a family-law attorney again, I know exactly who I would call.

What I loved about Ruth, Shannon, Tara, Brooke, and Paige is that they made me feel welcome, appreciated, and understood. The first thing they did was made sure I am comfortable with who they are and how they approach their profession. They fought for my case as if it were their own. And to complemen...t their skill, approach, and delivery of results, they were empathetic, humane, understanding, and forgiving. They worked with me within my own capacities and always made me feel that my case was as important as the human connection and relationship I had with them. Bottom line, they won my case and my heart. I am forever grateful.

Going through a divorce is highly stressful and emotional. I could not ask for a better company that is professional and courteous, and very respectful of your opinion and what you are going through.
