Arrested for "being under influence of a controled substance" I wasnt and they blood tested me. will they drop it first hearing?

They might drop it. They might not. The tests results may or may not be reliable. The test results may or may not be available quickly. If it was me, I'd go to the first setting before I hired a lawyer, to see if they'd dismiss it then without my asking. I would not discuss the case with a prosecutor for myself, though -- it would either be dismissed or reset for time to hire a lawyer. If the case was not dismissed, I'd hire a lawyer to fight it for me, and to get it dismissed if possible.
