What does your ex think of the order? I don't know what jurisdiction you're in, however, generally speaking, parents can make arrangements to do what is in the best interest of their children by "agreement" and if they can't agree then they fall back on the court order.
If your ex-spouse was ordered to provide health insurance and to pay the premium, you're in luck! You may file a motion to enforce the medical support order.
