State v. J.L.

Outcome: Conviction was vacated.

Description: J.L. was arrested for DWI and pled guilty without the benefit of counsel. Dee Wallace was the state's technical supervisor who was subsequently charged with filing false maintenance documents. The breath test in J.L.'s case was invalidated. We filed an application for a Writ of Habeas Corpus that was granted by the Judge. The State then submitted an order vacating the conviction.
