Description: Studio Z Homes listed its 43 properties for sale through Urban Living, a real estate brokerage owned by Vinod Ramani. Urban Living promised to do very specific things to try to sell the properties, including placing advertisements in certain newspapers and magazines. Urban Living did not comply with the agreements, but refused to relinquish control of the property listings. Studio Z Homes learned that Urban Living and Mr. Ramani were telling its agents to steer homebuyers to other properties on which Urban Living would make a higher commission.
