Customer review: I've hired lots of lawyers and although I am not an attorney, I do have an Ivy League law school background. So it does come as a pleasant surprise to find such a capable attorney through the web. Scott has several virtues: 1) attentive and fast 2) extremely thorough knowledge 3) vast experience 4) personable 5) detail oriented 6) caring for his client.

I am New Yorker stuck with a case in Texas and I have difficulty expressing my enthusiasm for this responsive and effective attorney. Why is Scott so good? I have several lawyer friends who work for insurance companies. I think its that background that sets him apart.

I only worked with him on one case, so I have to qualify this comment, but I think my experience was positive enough to warrant this recommendation.

Customer review: As part of my job I have dealt we a large number of attorneys in the past 25 years. Scott Clearman is the best of the best. Scott really puts the interest of his clients first in every situation. He is the only attorney I have ever worked with that significantly cut his contracted fees to insure his clients got a favorvable settlement. You will not find an attorney anywhere more honest and trustworhty than Scott and I should know since he has worked with me in representing my company in a number of legal proceedings dating back to 1991.

Customer review: Mr. Clearman is an excellent attorney. He is extremely knowledgeable about the law. He puts the client's best interest before any other consideration. He was very responsive to questions and problems. On occasion he has responded to e-mail within minutes of when the e-mail was sent. A client feels comfortable and safe in his hands.

Customer review: Scott Clearman handled a class action case involving ERISA law. Company's stock was part of 401k plan. Company plan trustees were senior management of company. Company actions led to dramatic fall in stock price. Scott Clearman managed lawsuit and achieved a reasonable settlement. Scott was good to work with. He was responsive to questions and kept our plaintiff group informed. We reviewed filings before submittal and held frequent conference calls to discuss strategy and developments. All filing deadlines were met. Scott and his team were courteous and pleasant to work with.
