Asked by a user in Houston, TX - about 2 years ago.

I agree with Mr. Morgan. Personal injury trial lawyers represent individuals who are hurt by another, intentionally or negligently.

Altered statements giving by defendants lawyer during discovery in a civil case to the planiffs lawyer

Asked by a user in Houston, TX - over 2 years ago.

I understand you to state that the statements were altered before they were produced as evidence. Unless the changes were clearly disclosed to the plaintiffs' counsel, the alteration of the evidence is improper and could be illegal.

The driver. The defense and indemnity obligation are the insurers issues, but you should sue the driver.

Lawyer Interaction Protocol

Asked by a user in Houston, TX - almost 2 years ago.

My only comment is that "we are on the same team and fighting the big guy" is odd. That attorney does not represent you and I don't think he should be telling you that you are one his team. Since he sued you, he certainly should not be telling you that. I agree, hire an attorney.
