Outcome: Judgment in favor of Debtor construction co. against owner finding K properly terminated under AIA construction K b/c work was stopped due to Hurricane Katrina for 30 days.
Outcome: Obtained judgment for GAIC for funds which were distributed to a bank creditor from an asset which was not disclosed in the bankruptcy filed by the Debtor. GAIC had a security interest in all accounts of the Debtor.
Outcome: Surety was allowed to pay for litigation expenses of Debtor construction company in adversary proceeding challenging owner's failure to make payment on project
