Hired this firm to represent me on a disability case. I am near retirement. After working almost 40 years, I no longer can. I have limited understanding of the process. I have always worked. They were fast and efficient in the beginning, but practically no communication after. Received the occa...sional email that no decision has been made. This is understandable as it is not up to them. My complaint is after my denial of initial application. Their complete lack of communication and silence about my options, if any, is frustrating. Hire them if you enjoy being left without correspondence.
