Stephen Kenneth Howard

I got into a car accident back in 2007 and a chiropractor recommended Mr. Howard to represent me for my case. It took 2 years to settle my case and in the end majority of the money went to my medical bills cause I do not recall getting much at all from the settlement and based on what I was told fro...m my attorney it went to pay my medical bills. Therefore, I thought all of my medical bills had been taken care of up until recently. I contacted Mr. Howard to see what was going on and he told me that he had gone through a divorce and had to hire people to recover the paperwork. I called Mr. Howard again and he said that his license had been suspended. I contacted the state bar and they just informed me to file a grievance. I'm not sure what's going to happen next, but I feel really terrible because I referred my younger brother to Mr. Howard after his accident.
