I was injured in a motorcycle accident about 2 years ago and as bills were stacking up I didn't know where to turn... Boy that sounded a little cheesy.... To bad it was true and really happened.
After praying about it I grabbed a phone book and began to try and find someone to help. There were a lot of ads in the book!!! I prayed again and as I found Tim's ad I felt a peace about it and decided to call. He came by the house that day and we talked.
I have always been leery to trust a lawyer!!!! How many jokes about them have you heard? So I wasn't to sure I even wan't to have this guy in my house. I just knew that bills were getting out of hand, and somebody had insurance that should help because the accident was not my fault. As we began to talk though I could tell that this guy actually cared. The more we talked the more I realized that this was the guy I wanted representing me!!!
Over the next two years we patiently waged war. In that time I had alot of dealings with his staff. I can absolutely tell you that his office staff is one the best groups of people that I have ever dealt with! They helped us get insurance money called PIP and didn't even charge us a single fee to do so!!! They were always kind and understanding. They went out of their way to help us understand and deal with all of the stuff that is in this process. If you are lucky enough, like I was, to get Caroline..... consider yourself blessed.
Tim himself was and is the epitome of the utmost professional. He is knowledgable, patient (unlike me) and excellent lawyer. He, after considerable effort, won us a very nice settlement. We received a check within a week or two of the final proceedings and we could not be any happier!!!
If you are in a predicament like we were, go with someone that will actual be in your corner(not your wallet). Pick Tim...
