I agree with the above post. Unfortunately Title VII does not protect sexual orientation. But, you should know that you may have some state claims for the emotional suffering or if you have been physically assaulted. You should consult an attorney about your issues. Best Wishes, Irma Espino

You need to file a complaint with HR (if you have one) and that you need to make sure that you document (keep emails or other written complaints) . You can file a complaint with the EEOC on your own, or hire an attorney to do it for you. Best wishes, Irma Espino
