Michael H. O'Brien

I have known and used Mr. Obrien's services for more than 15 years, and in earlier times, he was excellent. In more recent times, hic capacities have apparently diminished in that he doesn't keep track of actions, court dates, etc. Most recently for me, I was involved in an ongoing lease dispute wh...erein he kept telling me he was "on top of it." Since he was the attorney of record, I never received any court notices, and one day, a Constable arrived at my establishment and locked up all of my equipment to satisfy a $63,000 judgement. Obrien 's answer? "I must have overlooked that one." I had to file Chapter 13 to unlock my business. I really got screwed on that deal. The payment in question was for $8,000.
