This is a very unfortunate situation and should have been avoided. Sounds odd as to why a dentist would fill teeth that had no cavity. But, given that they are baby teeth, it may not be worth pursuing as the expert would cost more than the money at issue. You can report this to the Texas board of dental examiners (www.tsbde.state.tx.us/).

You can contest the MMI date but it will take some time. If you have already hired your lawyer, he/she should ask for a hearing and an interlocutory order for benefits to begin again. You can request a letter of clarification be sent to the DD regarding the hip issue but it will likely be denied.
