Raymond J. Termini

I opened the Patton Boggs project office in Dubai in October, 2007, and practiced real estate law there until July, 2009, when I returned to Dallas to practice law.  I returned to the UAE in January, 2010, and practiced real estate law in Abu Dhabi until  end of April, 2010, when I returned to Dallas to practice law.  While in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, I also practiced real estate law out of the Doha office of Patton Boggs.  During my stay in the Arabian Gulf region I represented UAE and US clients on real estate projects in the Arabian Gulf region, Libya and Vietnam. During 1991-1992, I practiced law in Kuwait with a Kuwaiti firm that was affiliated with the US law firm of Dixon and Dixon, in which I was a partner. In the US I  continue to assist clients in the Arabian Gulf region, but I continue to assist US clients in structuring complex real estate transactions in Texas and elsehere in the US. An example of my US work is my representation in 2005-2006 of Hunt Sports Group in the development of Pizza Hut Park, which is a $80million + public/private project soccer stadium and complex in Frisco, Texas that won a Best in Dallas Community Impact  Award from The Dallas Business Journal in 2006. I also represent clients in mergers and acquisitions and sale and leasing of businesses, including motion picture theatres, restaurants, golf courses, office towers, shopping centers, multi-family dwellings, and other commercial enterprises.
