Mr. Petveto was excellent through out the whole process. He explained everything in terms my daughter could understand. He made arrangement suitable for my situation ( I live 800 miles away from where I was charged ). He made the whole process simple and was honest and informative. I would Definately recommend Drew for any legal issues. His communication is a'+. He gave me the information needed for me to make a decision that. Best suited for my family. About two years ago I got wringfuly accused of a agg. Robbery case which was scaring the crap out of me since it was my first felony. Thankfully I got in contact with Andrew and he put my mind at ease. I have gone through a lot that I never should have gone through including extradition. But I honestly feel that like my family was, Andrew was there with me every step of the way. He believed where other lawyers doubted me and judged me. He gave me a comfort where I didn't feel like a customer or client. If ever for any reason I need to be represented you can be sure that Andrew will hear from me. I went to Andrew for a DWI case. I was pulled over in Fall of 08'. This was my 2nd DWI case. My first ended in a conviction. It had been nearly 10 years since my last but in Texas that doesn't matter. Andrew was very honest and forthcoming of my options. He agreed to take my case but cautioned me of the strict enforcement in Collin County. I felt that my case was winnable based on my alcohol level. After reviewing the video tape we were about 50/50 that we could win the case. Andrew did a great job of working with the DA to convince him that we were prepared to go to trial. The DA came back with a plea that would essentially make my conviction a first time offense instead of a second which meant only probation. I took the plea and have since served my probation. Andrew and team were very thorough and knowledgeable throughout the process. I would recommend Andrew for any DWI case involving Collin County.

Andrew Peveto is a true professional and I have and would recommend him to anyone I know. He handled two of my traffic tickets in Dallas and gave me sound advice for a friend of mine who was wrongfully arrested (it was dismissed) and if he had needed a lawyer, Andrew would have been the first person he would have called. Andrew does a very good job of communicating with his clients and is extremely knowledgeable. I happened to tell a lawyer that I am friends with about the course of action that Andrew took with me, and he said he would not have done it any differently. He is very trustworthy and extremely responsive. I have many friends that I went to high school and college with that are currently practicing law, and Andrew is the first person I would call if I needed a lawyer.

I was charged with DWI in April 2009 in Murphy, Texas. I failed the breathalyzer test and was arrested and taken to the Collin County jail. I spoke to several lawyers and was basically told that I should just plea since I "blew" and failed. I felt comfortable with Mr. Peveto and knew from my initial consultation that I could trust and rely on Mr. Peveto to have my best interest in mind. Mr. Peveto did not try and pressure me into pleading out my case. He actually listened to me and had faith in my character. He and his staff viewed me as a person and not just another case. I had never been in any kind of trouble before and was very scared and confused as to what I should do about my misfortune. I had heard horror stories and just knew my case would end drastically. Choosing Mr. Peveto was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Mr. Peveto was patient, loyal, respectful, non-judgmental, supportive, aggressive and protective. Mr. Peveto and his staff kept me informed on all aspects of my case and he attended every one of my court appointments with me. Mr. Peveto won my ALR Hearing, so my driver's license was not suspended. My Collin County criminal case was set for a jury trial, but 1 day before the trial Mr. Peveto successfully had my DWI case dismissed! I could not believe it and was thrilled! I would strongly recommend the Peveto Law Group to anyone! Honestly, I never thought I would make it through the ALR and court process which seemed one-sided, intimidating and scary. I plan to work with Mr. Peveto on an expungement of my case and would definitely refer Mr. Peveto to my family acquaintances and friends if needed.

I hired Mr. Peveto to defend me on a dwi 2 case. I was very pleased with the outcome of my case. Both he and his assistant are very professional and any questions or concerns I had were always answered in a very timely manner. All phone calls were returned and I found them both to be very patient and considerate. Any court dates we had he was always prompt and prepared and confident. He really made what was a highly stressful situation much less for me. I would highly recommend Mr Peveto and in hindsight I wish I had him as my attorney on my 1st DWI.

I had an odd case that I'm sure most lawyers would have ran from or not been to interested in taking. But Mr. Peveto took the case and was very helpful, responsive, and honest. He showed up on time, was willing to time out of his schedule to answer any questions of mine, and was very friendly and didn't have the "I'm-too-busy-for-you" attitude.

My son was incarcerated for a Class A Misdeamenor for Theft, but with Andrew Peveto's skill and expertise, this charge was changed to a Class C Misdeamenor with the charge being disorderly conduct. My relief that my son's foolish actions would not have to be listed as theft on his college applications. My elation, he was accepted to a decent, reputable college. I have decided that just in case, I will keep Andrew's business card with me at all times as he was a lifesaver!

I have been very pleased with Andrew Peveto over the past year helping me sort thru and salvage my teenage son's possibility of a future with opportunities.

My son has been in the wrong place at the wrong time and made bad choices on his driving and social habits over the past 3 years and finally had a wake up call when he landed in jail overnight while still on deferrment for other charges. Andrew took time to study and look for the best strategy to work through the different issues we were facing - multiple courts, felony and misdemeanor charges, drugs, alcohol, disorderly conduct, speeding, evading arrest. He gave me options, consequences of choicing each option and advice on what he would do if it was him or his kid. He is thoughtful, well versed on his law and does what he says he will do (i.e. the same strategy discussed in law office is same one used in front of judge, not just a plea that I could have done myself and achieved the same result or was the easy way out). He is also very good at talking to my son and giving him advice that my son thinks is valid and has put into use.

I have felt comfortable enough with Andrew to refer him to several of my son's parents who needed help with legal issues their children were also facing. His fees are reasonable and his efforts are stellor. His office kept me informed when there were changes in court dates and if a change in strategy was recommended. In less than a year, Andrew has helped me get my son's charges reduced, dismissed or settled on 6 of 8 charges. We are set to go to trial next year on the most serious issue and I feel confident that Andrew will continue to serve and advise us in a manner that will continue to repair my son's possibility of a bright future.
