I suspect you may be asking whether you can be charged with Driving While Intoxicated after you received a citation for Public Intoxication (A Class C misdemeanor). I would suggest that being charged with public intoxication is not a lesser included offense of driving while intoxicated and so the charges are not mutually exclusive. What happens after an Arbitration judgement award...

The nursing home can also file an action to have the arbitration award of $20,000.00 be converted to a civil judgment, no different as if the award came from a judge or jury in a state or federal court. In that case, all of the avenues to collect on a civil judgment are available to the nurshing home. As a practical matter, I would consider contacting the attorneys for the nursing home and trying to work out a prompt settlement of the matter to avoid interest accruing on the award and/or...

Because there was no deed of record on file at the time of the foreclosure, the bank was never placed on notice of the property that you maintained for the last 11 years. Remember that while your neighbor owned her property in the past, her right to convey it to you was restricted by the lien placed on her property by the lender/bank.
