I do not recommend this attorney. Bad experience all around. I just wish I could remember the name of the attorney that recommended this one. I will say I was curious about the 'peer' rating so clicked on that attorney and that explains a lot.

Calls not returned, would only communicate through email, always cancelled court dates, was over charged for things that didn't take place, forced into agreeing with the other side or I would have to say bye to a lot of money paid without a guarantee. Have had 3 other attorneys check the case record which validated my feelings that she never intended on my day in court. When asked by another attorney how much I've paid, from my answer they were under the assumption we had a hearing because of the price. A few weeks go by waiting for an email response and then I see words like 'reinstated' in an email and a call from the other side saying they thought I dropped the case, meaning at some point she dropped me and forgot to tell me about it. All in all, I felt she started out confident and then a year later I felt I got nowhere, that I couldn't tell she was my attorney or if I was talking to the opposing counsel. I felt she empathized with the other side. Now all my evidence has to be taken to another attorney and no way would I use her with the issue of the court order being violated left and right. I would not recommend her if children are involved due to bad communication, the welfare of children should be dealt with quicker. Returning calls and emails timelier, and a little more respect and honesty with a client might help future ratings. She was constantly away doing other business and had she let me know that in the beginning of all the dates she would be gone, I would have never hired her regarding a child.
