I know Tyler and his wife from church and have always considered him a truly good person. After talking to him briefly about our situation, he was most generous and willing to proceed to assist us. Everyone always thinks their situation is a little different than others, as did I, but he was well-ver...sed in knowing how to proceed so that we were able able move things along in a timely manner. He was very conscientious and caring throughout the process. And the cost was very reasonable. I definitely recommend Tyler.

One of my brothers, who lived in the Norman area, passed away in 2015. We, another brother and I, were referred to Mr. Barrett, and stopped in to his office without an appointment. He was able to meet with us and despite not having time to prepare for us, was gracious enough to discuss how we could... settle probate for our deceased brother. My brother died without a will; I was established as the personal representative for his estate. Even though I live in California, Mr. Barrett assured us that he could manage the process effectively. My father was a resident of Oklahoma and passed away leaving me as executor of his estate. His estate was required to go through the probate courts and I am not a resident of Oklahoma. I set up an appointment and was greatly impressed with his professional manner and knowledge of the probate courts and procedures I would need to follow. I made the decision to retain him and it was a decision I will never regret. I was able to return to my home in another state and Mr. Barrett completed the probate proceedings in my absence and coordinated mailings to me and my sister who reside in the US and my brother who resides outside the US.
