Legal error by a trial court in imposing a lesser burden on a mother in considering a parental relocation petition did not materially affect the outcome of a case because, after weighing the factors in La. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 9:355.12 de novo, the mother had successfully carried her burden of proving that relocation was in the child's best interest.
