Biography
As a member of Hinkle Elkouri’s product liability and complex tort litigation practice group, Mr. Bird focuses primarily on product liability defense, but his experience handling ERISA litigation, employment litigation, general commercial litigation, and his work on several appellate matters make him ideal counsel for a range of legal matters.
A graduate of the University of Kansas School of Law, Geron is also actively involved in the local community, serving on the board of directors for Wichita Young Life, and on the Wichita Chamber of Commerce Environmental Committee.
