Mr. Matt Durgin handled a FDCPA claim for me in the federal court. The outcome was great and I would recommend him to anyone.

He was great. He got things done and at a reasonable rate for a lawyer. The one issue I had was responsive call backs. He was often in court which did not allow him to call me back when I had a quick question and was looking to reach him right away. Even still he did get back to me quickly and offered other alternatives such as responding by e-mail or text. Since I don't have a cell phone and don't use e-mail regularly that was not an option for me.
