Mr. Bolton helped me through a very difficult time in my life. He was my lawyer, but I also felt he genuinely cared about me as a person. I am very grateful for what he did for me. I would highly recommend him
Mr. Bolton has been our lawyer for decades. He has helped us through many difficult legal matters. He is so busy, it can be a struggle to contact him by phone. However, he always responded when it was necessary. We value his expertise and wisdom as an attorney. He has a very approachable personality and is a real likable guy. Without hesitation, we would highly recommend Mr. Bolton.
During a very rough period in my life I was very pleased to have Mr. Bolton as my attorney. My case was very complicated and he handled every piece with ease and great understanding. I would recommend him to anyone who has been through to trials and tribulations of Bankruptcy and all it entails.
I needed to file bankruptcy to protect my small business, and myself at the same time. I was going to lose everything that I had worked so hard to earn over a bad business decision. Stephen was able to protect ALL of the property that I was concerned about, and made sure that I was able to keep my business open. I would definitely recommend him to my friends, and family.
When Stephen helped my wife and myself through our bankruptcy, he went above & beyond to get us back on the right track legally and financially.
This fellow is a smooth talker and could explain any questions that concerned you in a fashion where you felt that he really cared. Then, when you need to contact him, you must leave message after message on a machine or with his Assistants Voice Mail, and it is rare that you get a return call.
He could not answer a simple question about how many of my varied money accounts, were 'protected' from the Bankruptcy Court/Trustee. I have been told by my Financial Planner, as well as my CPA that my Bankruptcy Attorney should know the answer to this question. I got the feeling that he simply did not wish to take my case. He did not state that 'he would find out' or any type of encouraging suggestions. He was very hard to contact on the telephone.
We hired Mr. Bolton for a family matter. He was so kind to explain things my family did not understand. While helping our family, I mentioned a debt I had from an old partnership and he helped me settle the debt for 17% of the total due. Other lawyers had told me there was nothing I could do to get out of that debt. He made my mother feel at ease while handling a difficult matter. And I couldn't be more pleased with the results of my debt settlement.
After we met and he took my case, he waited until the last minute to inform me what I needed to do. He did not return phone calls and keep me informed. He was not really interested in the out come for me.
