Wilfredo Pesante

I came to Pesante with 4 days left to eviction. He stopped the eviction, reversed the foreclosure process and got the whole in court. After a year, of battling with the bank, I was able to get my life backl on track. I got a new job and home. We ultimately abandoned the house but if not for Mr. Pe...sante's hard work, my family would have been on the street.

i was a client of Mr. Pesante ,I hired him on 6/2009 for foreclosure defense. Unfortunately, he did nothing to the case. He did not file a TRO which is a simple procedure to halt foreclosure until case is heard. Lost my home, I gave Mr. Pesante $12,000.I had 4 attorneys under his firm, attorneys... don't last long. Filed a complaint at Bar Association.

In June of 2010, I hired Pesante to file a lawsuit against by bank. I paid over $10,000 to Pesante, and he promised to file the lawsuit in 30 days. He never filed the lawsuit, but everytime I spoke with him he would tell me that the suit had been filed. In September 3rd, 2010, the bank foreclosed on ...my property. Pesante never told me about the sale, but instead filed a bankruptcy without telling me on September 4th, 2010. Do not hire him because I lost everything after I met him.

I believe Wilfredo Pesante is a terrific attorney. He helped me save my house and get my life back on track. He employed several lawyers when he first began his practice and they were incompetent. They miss appropriated funds, miss handled cases, and simply did not do the work they were supposed to d...o. After informing Mr. Pesante he corrected the issues and did his best to fix any wrongs. Unfortunately because those early attorney's did such poor work it has jaded his reputation some. But I just had some work done by him and he is a top notch attorney and great person to know. I still have my house and his modification business helped reduce my payments to something more manageable. Thank you Mr. Pesante for everything that you did for me. I hope to work with you again in the future.
