Loydene Brock is pasionate about her work. Loydene is professional. Loydene is a joy to work with (even though, when soliciting the services of a lawyer, something is wrong; you've got problems). How could that be pleasant? It is pleasant because Loydene makes it so. Look at her years of experience (33). Does that make for too much 'been there, done that and tired of it'? Not with Loydene. When you communicate with Loydene, she responds promptly and in such a manner that you feel that you must be her only focus. She goes above and beyond. I work with Loydene as infrequently as possible. Nevertheless, whenever I need her services, she is there. The services she has provided for me relate to actions for rent and possession in multiple unit rental property. She works on the basis of a stated fee schedule. You pay the fees and Loydend does the job. If the correspondence and details of a case seem to be taking more time than one might have thought because of whatever, you never encounter a changed attitude or irritation on Loydene's part. While I don't want to add to Loydene's work load at night, weekends, holidays, and vacation time, I commend her for always letting me know if she will be otherwise engaged while at the same time, never leaving correspondence from me unattended more than momentarily. If you work out of a home office like I do, Loydene is expecially cut out for you. She does the same. I work across time zones with Loydene and before and beyond what many would consider normal work hours. Nevertheless, Loydene is always there . . . and not just with cursory responses. I have worked infrequently with Loydene over ten years. It is infrequently because I try to
manage my rental property business in such a way that the services of a lawyer for cases of rent and possession are seldom needed. Nevertheless, when they are needed, no time is wasted and results have always been promptly forthcoming. On the case that is prompting me to write this review, Loydene was extremely effective in taking a proposal for settlement from a recalcitrant defendent over the phone, consulting with me, and composing a settlement letter to the tenant which was accepted by the defendent tenant and carried through to a very positive outcome for me. Note: Loydene Brock did not ask me to write this testimonial and it is true and factual.
Loydene help us with evicting a renter who had stopped paying his rent. She was very knowledgable about the process and walk us through the process every step of the way. Very easy to work with and very responsive to our questions and concerns.
She later help us with setting up a new lease for a new renter. Gave us advise on websites to use to run checks on the renter and offered advice on what to look when interviewing the renter and previous landlords. Again very easy to work with and very response.
We needed guidance in writing a partnership agreement for our business, and advice and review of contract and obligation agreements with agencies. Ms. Brock thoroughly researched our areas of contractual interest (medical primarily) in order to provide comprehensive legal support to our program evaluation business. Her capacity to grasp and apply the law of client relationships continues to support our firm.
As owner of residential rental property, actions sometimes need to be taken to remove a tenant from the property and recover as much as possible. I have used Ms. Brock in these actions for years and she has always done everything possible. She has many years experience in these matters. I am completely pleased with her individual attention, clear communication, knowledge of the system, no nonsense advisement, aggressive action, and a solid proven track record. I recommend her without reservation.
Dee worked on getting out a person who was unlawfully detaining a property I had in an estate. She had them out in under 45 days!
