    I hired Richard to modify my child support & my visitation rights. It's been 5 months now. He took my money, and then did absolutely nothing for it. He never filed anything. Don't bother with this guy, it's just not worth it. I called, and called, and then called some more and just get the run around. He says, "I'm sorry, I forgot to send it out".... Now I'm stuck possibly taking HIM to court just to get my retainer back. Sorry excuse for a lawyer.

    I had hired Mr. Winke for traffic violations as well as a divorce. What a disorganized mess. One of my traffic violations had been misplaced causing a suspened license that he wasn't willing to make right. The day of my divorce court date names on paperwork was misspelled it was a mess.

    Mr. Winkie handled my divorce and it was done in about 3 1/2 months. So quickly. He has a really friendly staff who were always able to handle any addtional problems need be. Payment plans made it easy for me being a full-time student, a mom, with a part-time job. They worked with me which really made it for me.
