Claimant appealed from the decision of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission affirming the decision of the Appeals Tribunal dismissing Claimant's appeal. Claimant asserts the Commission erred in dismissing Claimant's appeal, which lead to an appeal in from of the Court of Appeals.
