    I agree with both answers. Additionally, your insurance company is not a party to any cause of action, so they do not bring a case for you. Hire another lawyer as your medical bills justify more attention and if you are still in pain or have permanent injury that is worth more than just bills.

    yes the bankruptcy trustee can charge a fee. However Imust be a reasonable fee. Talk with your bankruptcy lawyer in review the fee documents

    in most rearend cases Its the other drivers fault. So hope that they have insurance. If they do not have insurance you may not have any other recourse except against a person personal finances which may be very difficult. not having insurance is irrelevant when it comes to fault

    you can always be charged. What matters is can you beat the Charges? I think you can in this situation. The bouncers are guilty of false imprisonment do not have the right to force you to stay in a bar and they have to show that you intended to push the door open and hit them

    having a valid drivers license or auto insurance has nothing to do with whether not as legally your fault. Not having these things is not make something that is not your fault all the sudden your fault.

    the bankruptcy trustee most likely had a lien on your personal injury claim as part of the bankruptcy discharge. I would talk to your bankruptcy lawyer about that and see if anything can be done.

    you would need to consult with an expert such as a dermatologist to confirm if the standard a care was violated by not noticing it was possible cancer on the first visit. After that you still at the show causation. Meaning that because of the delay in treatment the prognosis was worse
