Mr. Hageman engages in a national practice representing people injured as a result of landfill, environmental, toxic and pharmaceutical exposures. He has obtained favorable results in, and is currently litigating, cases in several states across the country. Further, he litigates and has obtained favorable results in cases against some of the largest pharmaceutical and drug supplement companies in the United States in various Multi-District Litigation venues in Federal Court.
Mr. Hageman has represented several neighborhoods across the country which have been polluted by toxic emissions from landfills. In addition to his environmental and toxic exposure litigation practice, Mr. Hageman has represented hundreds of clients who have been injured by pharmaceuticals and diet supplements, including Fen-Phen, Vioxx, Ephedra, Quinine and Byetta.
He has also handled numerous cases on behalf of people injured by additional types of toxic exposures, including hundreds of children poisoned by lead paint. That verdict is a Missouri record for the largest lead paint poisoning jury verdict ever obtained in the state on behalf of a tenant against a landlord.

While in law school, Mr. Hageman earned several awards for research and writing and served as Note Editor for the Oklahoma Law Review, in which he published two articles in the areas of environmental and natural resources law.
