John Wesley Farber

I had hired john farber for defense in henry county court for an assault charge where a teen had claimed that I had hit her which was totally fabricated by this teen due to having mental issues seeking attention. I had consulted with farber and explained what had occurred, he demanded 2500.00 retai...ner up front and sounded confident in resolving this issue. later in time, the teen came into his office and drafted a confession letter stating that she had in fact, fabricated the story. once we appeared in court, farber would not fight any of the charges and did no better at my defense than a public pretender and I was convicted on an alfords plea due to his lack of pressing the issue of a teenagers lie seeking attention. convicted of a crime I did not commit. once farber had obtained his required retainer fee, he simply quit working on this case.
