Customer v. Dollar Store

Outcome: $245,000 for psycholgical problems from injury

Description: Client fell in a hole at a dollar store which had left the doors to its ground storage open. Because of severe emotional problems related to this incident, client became homeless. The money we obtained for her allowed her to get back on her fee. A small finding in her cervical area (neck), could not be linked to the fall incident, per her doctor at University of Chicago, who opined that the finding was a pre-exisiting condition.
