Can I build my home on 10 acres zoned agriculture in Cache County, Utah?

Typically, your local City/Village where the property sits can advise you on the necessary steps to take in order to receive the necessary "blessing" by the local municipalities to construct a home on the site. I purchased a home in 2008. At closing property tax was substantially underestimated. Who is responsible/What do I do?

First of all, this is not an unusual scenario. If an attorney was used for the closing, the assessment is typically reviewed to determine if there were any changes that may effect the parties in the contract stage, or at closing. In Illinois, where I practice, people over the age of 65 receive a Senior's Exemption in addition to a Homeowner's Exemption when calculating a taxbill.
