When it comes to criminal charges, the prosecutor gets to make the decision on whether to file criminal charges. The only thing you can do on yourself is to file a civil lawsuit against the casino and the worker who harmed you. You need to talk to a civil attorney about doing this because you have strict time limits which will require that you file a lawsuit on time. Talk to a civil attorney immediately about pursuing a civil lawsuit.

You should consult with an immigration attorney as soon as possible. You need to know what the potential consequences could be before you take any action in state court that could affect your immigration status. Here's some information from my website which thoroughly explains the immigration consequences of a criminal case. Good luck!

I don't know what you mean by 1203.4 but I can tell you that a conviction for Residential Burglary cannot be sealed or expunged in Illinois. The only possible way of getting this off of your record would be to obtain a pardon from the Governor of the State of Illinois. While its a long shot, its the only shot you have. Here's some material off of my website which does a good job of explaining the pardon process in Illinois. Good luck!

Did they file a Violation of Probation at your bond hearing? If they did not, then you are technically finished with your probation. Most judges will not entertain a Petition related to your probation if you are finished with your probation.
Its impossible to predict how your case will proceed and what the end result will be. You need to hire an attorney and work closely with your attorney to come up with the best way to fight your case. Good luck!
The general answer is that you cannot get supervision for speeding in a construction zone. The only hope would be to request a court date and hire a good attorney that could possibly negotiate with the prosecutor to reduce the charge so you could get supervision. The $375 fine is the absolute minimum per statute. I hope this helps.
Your question depends on whether you have a visa, green card, or are here illegally. Here's some material from my website which explains the law in this area thoroughly. Good luck!

There's no way to know if anyone will ever find out but I have never run into any such list. There is no database where someone can search. Good luck!
There is no limit to the amount of time that they will be looking for you. A warrant for your arrest will be issued and they may come looking for you. If they don't find you, then the warrant will pop up every time you encounter the police and they will notify the Federal government and they will come and take you back into custody. You should take care of this. You cannot run forever and its always better to turn yourself in voluntarily on a warrant than to risk a violent confrontation....
