    Hired attorney

The attorney that I actually had was Mark Dundon. When I first called Brian got on the phone and told me I could come right down. I drove an hour to there office and it was TOTALLY worth it I feel. Brian was very professional and personal at the same time. He made me feel at ease. I had been involved in a traffic accident and had a couple other tickets included. I was not responsible for the accident. They had me draw out the accident (which Mark brought with him to court). Mark was able to get the other two tickets thrown out that I was guilty of and got the accident reduced which I was not guilty of. Considering the situation I think Mark and the firm did a GREAT job. Even with there fee (which was not small but you get what you pay for) they saved me hundreds if not a thousand dollars. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with any sort of legal situation and have, to people who were just thinking of needing an attorney.

Brian Dailey was recommended to us after my father was involved in a truck accident in 2008. Brian was one for the most diligent, thorough, and friendliest lawyers our family have ever had the pleasure to experience. He's only made it easy to correspond, but really broke our impression of what is stereotyped about lawyers. Brian is an amazing lawyer. Honestly we as a family don't know what we would have done with out his help and expertise!!!

I hired this man after being involved in a car accident. He lost my file several times. He very rarely returned my phone calls. After a year, he had done next to nil, only writing a couple of letters to the other parties insurance company.
The insurance company wouldn't budge. Finally, I had to hire another
lawyer who would actually sue the insurance company and that lawyer
also had to deal with Mr. Dailey,
who still charged me after doing
almost nothing for over a year.

Brian showed very little concern for me as a client. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Brian Thomas Dailey’s response: “It is difficult to respond to a derogatory such as this when the author does not have the courage to identify themselves. I have no idea who this claimed former client is but the prior version of this comment that was deleted by AVVO at my request also indicated that it was my former partner Attorney TJS who was representing this person and who mishandled this case. Please bear in mind that I handle auto negligence cases on a contingent fee basis which means that the only way that I get paid any fee is if I recover funds for my client. The lack of action described by this anonymous complainer is not at all my practice or habit. I have been in practice since 1987. I am licensed in Michigan, Illinois and Iowa. I have offices in Metro Detroit, Chicago and St. Louis. I have a staff of more than 25 employees. Since 1999 I have served as host the LawShow that is now a nationally syndicated radio show that is growing rapidly and will soon be heard nationwide. I can assure you that I would not have been able to achieve these goals if I were the lawyer described by this cowardly complainer who is too weak to identify themself. The fact that this person chooses to remain anonymous is quite telling of his/her credibility and integrity. It is also possible that this post was made one of the many competitors who are jealous of my accomplishments. There are many who are enviouse of my success. If you are thinking of a lawyer and if this post would tend to discourage you from retaining my services I am truly sorry for that. I promise that you will really appreciate my represenation and agressive approach to winning you case.”
