    If you truly have injury why would you liimit your recover to small claim. YOu will likely miss damage elements in your presentation Hire a lawyer. Your will do a lot better. I hope this helps.

    He did commit the crime, so , making a claim on insurance (your insurance) seems to be the reason you'd want to avoid fraud. Time to step up and do the right thing.
