In NV, can you Do Busniess As a name that is registered with the state by another person, but in a different county?

Your use of the same name of the Foundation may subject your new business to a very expensive state and /or federal trademark infringement action so it would be my recommedation to use a different name regardless of whether the county approves the name or not.
