I have a small private practice in Chicago's western suburbs and Mr. Saeed provided me with legal help in starting the practice in the form of legal contracts including employment agreements, offer letters and notices of termination. He is very prompt (provided me with a termination notice with a turn-around time of less than 24 hours). As a first time business owner, it was great to have someone sit with me and answer all of my questions, and if he didn't know an answer, he would research my question and get back to me very quickly. I have had no problems with his contracts til date and his fees are very fair. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who practices in the medical field because of his knowledge of non-compete clauses, HIPAA, and the new health care reform laws.

I was thoroughly pleased with this attorney. I am a dentist in Chicago/Lincoln Park and a first time business owner. He was really able to provide me with all the things I needed to start up from a business and legal aspect. He was always available, both phone and in person. Once, I called him in the morning and although he had scheduled clients, he made sure I was able to come in and get my questions answered.
Professional, fair and reliable. I'd recommend him in a heartbeat and definitely plan on using his services in the future.
