SCAMMER LAWYER
Do not trust him with anything. He has terrible communication, lies about work being done, and overall has completely mishandled my case. Not filing paperwork with the court, not filing paperwork for my reaffirmation, all while lying saying he was doing so. I tried to rebuild my life and he destroyed...

Excellent Attorney
We hired Mr Cummings for our Bankruptcy case he made the entire process easy. He explained everything before hand and it went exactly the way he said it would. He did not charge any additional fees and is above board in all his dealings.
