If your chapter 13 bankruptcy is dismissed nobody will "necesarily" take your stuff under the plan. However if you were behind on your SUV or motorcylce at the time the case was filed and they were not paid current or paid off, they may come and reposses the items since you are no longer protected by the bankruptcy. Illinois allows 15k as a homestead exemption for single filers and 30k for joint filers. If you have no equity in your house you will not lose it in chaper 7 or Chapter 13 as long as you maintain your regular monthly mortgage payments. You can file amended schedules. The court liberally allows you to make amendments to your bankruptcy schedules.
