Ana was very helpful in the process of my short sale, which was a very long and time consuming process. Bernie who works for Ana was also extremely helpful in this very stressful time in my life. I would definitely recommend Ana to anyone needing her services.

Both Ana and her assistant Bernie were outstanding in keeping us informed. More than simply represent us, they kept us informed with understandable, comprehensible communications that were timely. Hiring Ana as our Attorney and Bernie as Ana's assistant on recommendation of our Agent was a wise decision for us. Ana's expertise gave us confidence preventing us from making some potentially consequential decisions. We are grateful.

I hired Ana M. Mencini for my adjustment of status. She is knowledgeable, responsible, trustworthy, friendly and kept me informed about any changes/updates about my case. She went with me and my husband to the immigration appointment which made it easier for us. She would timely answer any of our questions. I am very happy with her services and will hire her once needed again.

I was referred to Ms. Mencini through a family friend and I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer. She helped me through a very difficult case and was with me the entire time. She answered all of my questions with patience and made sure that all of my concerns were addressed. When we had to go to court on my case she was very supportive and helped me through the entire process. I would highly recommend Ms. Mencini to anyone that needs a lawyer. Her staff is know legible and friendly and her rates are most reasonable! A++++++

Our first mistake. We paid her in full up front. She was recommended to us by a different lawyer.
In the beginning she gave us a layout/plan of the process. We were seeking a visa for my fiance. We left the country during the process and corresponded by email for the most part. The entire time, we had to send multiple emails to hear back from her. We had to track her down to find out next steps and information. She willingly gave us no information. I had to research steps and processes on my own. Then when I would ask her, she would then give me the information.
She disrespected my service in the military. She referred to my pregnancy as an "inconvenience" on getting my fiance home to me.
When we finally got to the interview of the visa. He was missing one piece of information. I checked the information packet that she sent us to see if we had missed something, but it was NOT in there. When I asked her to make it right, she responded with "whatever". Then downplayed it saying it would only be a little while longer after already being apart from my fiance for so long.
She was very rude and had no remorse whatsoever. She didn't try to make it right. When asked to be reimbursed for one part that was HER mistake. She refused. She betrayed our trust. We will never seek advice from her or anyone associated with her again.
Before you pick her, please do your research. And, if at all possible do NOT pay her upfront.

Ana helped me with renewing my green card after my divorce. From the first day I met Ana, she was optimistic and clearly guided me through the process. She gave me checklists of things I needed to do and documents I needed to collect. After several months, I was approved for a green card!
It was easy to connect with Ana. And I was surprised at how reasonable her fees were.
I highly recommend Ana for any immigration issues!!
Thanks a lot Ana !!!

I was referred to Ana by Global Relief Organization for a removal proceedings. I found her to be very respectful, knowledgeable, accomodating, trustworthy and kept me informed throughout the process. She prepared my case from multiple aspects to build contingencies that provided much needed relief in my situation. She took the time to explain what we're doing, the associated risk and available options. She prepared me well for the hearings; spent good amount of time to walk me thru the questions and answers. She is very punctual, was always there at the hearings much before the actual time. As a matter of fact she was there before me for all the hearings and would refresh me on what to expect. She prepares the briefs meticulously and I witnessed this during the hearing wherein the judge found the information easily and helpful. The questions that the judge asked were more or less the ones Ana had identified as potential questions. Although I was nervous but having her at the hearing, given her preparations gave me a sense of "I did everything possible from my end". I found her office staff to be very helpful and polite. One other thing, for her fees, I found her very straight forward and compassionate. She's not someone who will exploit the situation financially. I felt that she charged me for the service that she provided, which was very reasonable and accomodating. I had a very good outcome and I feel it was because of the service Ana and her office provided and would highly recommend her.

I found Ms Mencini's practice using web search for my area. Found her fee to be very reasonable.
In personal meeting she clarified all our doubts relating to citizenship application. Her office helped us to do the applications. She reviewed them thouroughly. We did not face any delays or other problems in the application process. She prepared us for the interview and gave practical suggestions. This helped us to get interviewed and get called for the oath ceremony at the same time.
