I heard about Steve from a friend who had to file for bankruptcy several years ago. She was very happy with his representation through the process. I had met with an attorney in Crystal Lake, before obtaining Mr. Costello as my attorney last year. Even though he charged a little bit more than the attorney I met with in Crystal Lake, I could tell immediately that I felt way more comfortable with him, than the other attorney. Mr. Costello was kind, and took time to explain things in detail to me, and not rush through things with me. He also allowed me to ask as many questions as I needed to feel comfortable and confident with his representation. He was also extremely flexible with payments. Now that my bankruptcy and foreclosure are completely over with, I am relieved. I feel I had the best representation possible, and am still shocked at the amount of time Steve spent, helping me each step of the way. I have already recommended a friend to him.

I appreciated Costello's knowledge of the system and his support. He treated me with respect. He also responded to questions much sooner than I had expected. He was a good part of an uncomfortable time.
