Laureen was recommended to us by a social worker at the Guatemalan consulate in Chicago. She was very knowledgeable, compassionate, and easy to work with. There were a few minor glitches, but Laureen did a great job at a reasonable price. She was able to tie together the various documents to provide a strong case that G_____ should qualify for DACA. Due to extenuating circumstances, we did not have concrete proof other than affidavits (letters). She was able to deal with the Spanish documents from Guatemala and get a true translation. She was very quick to answer our emails and thoroughly answer all of our questions.
We may seek Laureen's advice again in related matters. We were very happy with the result and would recommend Laureen to anyone seeking legal assistance.
What I found is the Laureen is very bright, very intuitive, and has a heart. She was up front about the charges and so we knew exactly where we were and she never added "extra" costs. She emailed us with updated information and we appreciated her quick responses. We asked her many many questions and if she did not know the answer, she would say that and would find out the answer to our questions.

She was very trustworthy and cared about our case. She was interested in us as clients and not just how much we could pay.
