I went to Mr. Mcbride with a few family matters in October of 2009. He told me he needed a retainer of 1000.00 and if everything went smooth i should receive some money back. Well he took care of one thing for me that he quoted at 256.00.The day in court for the 1 matter he took care of, the court ne...eded to page him. It was like he didnt remember my case. I then told him that the other matters were taken care of and i no longer needed his help. I have left notes at his office, 5-6 voicemails on his phone and have not received 1 call back. I have now contacted the American Bar Association and started the process to get my remaining retainer back. I wouldnt wish this horrible lawyer on my worst enemy. Please look elsewhere for council!

Hired this guy for a time sensitive matter and he NEVER DID ANYTHING on my case. Months went by and I had to hire another attorney to do what he should have done to being with. He never returned calls or notes left from visits to his "office". I've now heard from another person who have had the sa...me experience. Make your own decision, but do yourself a favor and do your homework and ask for references from him for your specific type of case.
