Biography
Thomas Lake, co-founded Dudley & Lake in 2001. He has successfully prosecuted both personal injury and workers’ compensation claims in the Chicagoland area and collar counties. Tom’s most recent successes include a settlement on behalf two families that were victims of a limousine crash. Mr. Lake was able to obtain a combined settlement totaling $12,700, for the families. Additionally, Mr. Lake successfully prosecuted a personal injury claim on behalf of two families whose loved ones died in a factory explosion. Mr. Lake was able to obtain a combined settlement for these two families in excess of $13,000,. His other success includes a $6,000, settlement on behalf of a minor girl resulting in a tragic fencing accident. He resolved a claim for $4,700, on behalf of a brain injured client which resulted from an industrial accident.
