it may be contempt and it may be visitation interference as set forth in the statute, 750 ilcs 5/607.1. what does the court order say? if it says 4 hours, then do a petition for indirect civil contempt and for visit interference. if there is not an order for 4 hours, you got snookered. get to a lawyer, now.

yes you can file it. then you must give him notice. if you truly do not know where he is, then search for him. on line, phone books, relatives, friends, jobs. then if you cannot find him, then do an affidavit for publication. get the judge's permission to publish notice.

you should get a divorce lawyer now. file a petition for temporary and permanent custody. you put forward your background. tell your lawyer. there is a section in the statute dealing with visits for sex offenders. have your lawyer get it and apply it to the custody petition.

no, the divorce settlement is not void because you live together. it would be if you got remarried. go see your lawyer to file petitions to enforce the judgment.

call the sheriff, civil process division, to ask. did you take the summons and petition to the sheriff to serve, did you pay the sheriff? if not, then it most likely was not served.
