Siegel v. Lake County Officers Electoral Board

Outcome: Won in trial court and won on appeal.

Description: Davita Siegel was nominated as a candidate for an elective office, but was thrown off the ballot by the local electoral board. We appealed her case to the Circuit Court, which reversed the board's ruling. We successfully defended the case on appeal before the Second District Appellate Court of Illinois.
