Answered his own office phone!!!
I typically don't cold call attorneys for advice, but Mr. Van Emden authored an article on an area of law I needed help with. He answered his own office phone, immediately understood my question, and was very cordial about sharing some information on the topic. Nice guy, even for an attorney, lol.
