My daughter had at truck change lanes on her and she hit him with the passenger side of truck she was driving.

If there are no actual witnesses to this incident, it sounds like you will have a difficult time identifying the adverse truck driver who caused your daughter's accident. I suggest you hire an attorney in the state where the accident occurred, and see whether the attorney, along with a private investigator familiar with truck accidents can somehow identify this truck. Otherwise, your daughter may be able to make an uninsured motorist's claim under her own auto policy. Best of luck to your...
